I was told after my oil change that I would have to bring my vehicle back in so a different tech could look at it. I work out of town and only have a few days a month to get my car worked on. Sandra did a great job. My issues are with multiple recalls and inability to get replacements parts. I waited over 2 months for shocks and seatbelt issue is still outstanding
