Mikel is a great service center associate. I had to go into the service center because of tire pressure issues prior to my most recent visit. Mikel was very thorough in educating me about proper pressure for my tires. As soon as he aired up my tires to the proper PSI, my warning alert went off and all is well. This was the very reason why I went back for an oil change. I trust who works there. Thank you, Mikel!!!

I appreciate how friendly Mikel was and very informative of what is going on throughout my oil change. My only downfall is the cabin & engine air filter was removed by the technician breaking/ripping it in the process. Due to purchasing the filters online these filters had to be put back into the vehicle meaning these aren't functioning as they should because they were removed improperly. Other than that I would be completely satisfied.

I visited on 1.23.25 at 8:15 am. My 2022 Hyundai Sonata Limited had a recall and service department was assessing my car. I was greeted by Eric and also Mikel. Both most helpful, timely and efficient.
Mikel notified me by phone on 1.21.25 of the recall and my appointment was scheduled for 1.23.25. I also received a text reminder on 1.22.25 of my 1.23.25 appointment.
