I just showed up at the service department without an appointment, so the help I received was above and beyond what I expected to get. Sandra was very professional and quickly gave me answers to my questions. I was on my way very quickly after having them fix a light that was constantly flashing on my dash. I believe my car was "washed", but there were dried water marks all over my car & it looked worse than it did when it went in. There was also a very bad smell in my car when I got into it. It was almost acidic/very heavy chemical smell.
