Sandra is a good addition to the service team. She understood the problem and got right to it. I hope she is able to work with Eric even though he seems unpleasant lately. I always appreciated Matthew when he was working.

My car was ready promptly and I was notified by text and phone. I used the shuttle service to get to work in the morning and that was awesome as well!
