Our sales person told us that our extended warranty was bumper to bumper, the repair service came out of our pocket. Eric however is wonderful as always, he can only go with the information given to him.

My service advisor, Eric Davis, was very courteous and professional throughout the process. My one comment was regarding the free multi-point check: there were no specific results listed. So, exactly what was checked? Tires, brakes, lighting, electrical, etc.? I know that the M.I.L. was scanned for fault codes.
