I had an appointment at 10 o’clock in the morning to drop off my vehicle for oil change. At 3 o’clock it was still not ready I had no way of getting up there after three so I had to take my vehicle back with no work done. What a waste of my time. I’m very disappointed and will be taking my vehicle elsewhere.

Bill is wonderful, however, he often fails to update me about my car. I have to always go check on it, to find it’s ready and has been ready. There was some minor work I could have had done, but Bill had myself and the tech waiting (he never mentioned it to me until I check on my car, which at that point, I was already waiting for 45 mins). He’s a nice guy, and knows his stuff, but has to work on communicating with the customer.

I brought my truck in servicing and a factory recall. Normally I wait for my truck while being serviced. HOWEVER, I WAS told by Newark Toyota my vehicle needed to be dropped off for the recall that would've all day. No loaner was provided to fix factory defect. So I had bare the cost of rental vehicle for something I had no fault in other than trusting Toyota would deliver a defect free product or fix at no expense to me including the cost of transportation while my Toyota vehicle factory defect is corrected. I wastold needed to contact Toyota. I don't believe this fair and No, I am not completely satisfied.
