Everything was good

The lady that checked me in out was very pleasant and professional. I was a little upset that I was not notified when my car was completed. I sat in the waiting area for a couple hours to get an oil change. The serviceman called me on the phone while I was sitting in the waiting area instead of coming out to speak with me to tell me I needed tires and my car would be finished shortly but no one notified me when my car was finished. After waiting approximately an hour later I got up and went to the service area and my car had been finished fir a while. The lady that checked me in and out apologized and compensated me with a free oil change. So at the end I left a satisfied customer. The waiting area is comfort and I appreciated the complementary WiFi.

Greg was very pleasant and efficient during my service visit today.

Yesterday was my first time working with David Wagner and he provided exceptional service. I was there for several hours because several things needed to be done and David came to check on me several times and constantly updated me on the status of my vehicle!

Thank you for getting me in and out and not making me wait when I picked up my new tags. I am very grateful for the team effort in providing complete service!!
