Dave was fine, but I dropped my car off at 8:30 am and was told it'd be ready by 3. The car wasn’t ready until 6. I go to Toyota world for the convenience and today was wildly inconvenient. There is no reason an oil change and tire rotation should take that long, especially for $92 - when I could get it done in half the time and for half the price at a local shop. This is not the first time this has happened at this location - maybe realistic scheduling needs to be be more of a priority. Now that my free Toyota care is up, I will have to look into other places to service my car if this becomes a continued issue.

David Wagner was VERY GOOD. It wasn't his fault my hub cap wasn't put on well. He also was Very Practical, allowing my car to be driven to the front door from parking instead of requiring me to wait for all the cars in the garage shuffled to drive my car through. THANK YOU DAVID!????
