I wanted to replace the transmission fluids even if it's a lifetime, but I found that dealership used not genuine Toyota ATF WS. Initial estimate was $290, but I asked high-mileage discount, also
I told service adviser that I purchased two cars from Carson Totota. Then he asked me $250, and I accepted it.
It was drain and refill, simple job, and Prius required genuine Toyota ATF WS.
Later I found that "Customer authorizes dealer recommended automatic transmission fluid"
and fluid was "G.O.G & supplies 4 Auto Trans Fluid on paper.
It was not Toyota ATF WS. I know Toyota ATF WS is more than $10 per quart.
I never authorized so-called "dealer recommended automatic transmission fluid",
and Service adviser Alex Campos didn't explain it verbally.
I purchased two cars in 2007, 2013 from Carson Toyota, and decided I'll never coming back
to Carson Toyota.

I asked for the tire rotation since four tires were purchased at Carson Toyota, service advisor said, yes of course. But it was not performed.
Regarding the floor mats, my floor mats are factory supplied when it was purchased. On my service papers, technician is claiming that he remove them because they were not factory supplied and they are always secured to the built in hooks . If they are not secured to the hooks, definitely it’s not comfortable to tge feel because back side is raised. So I I have so fix them abd secure it to tge hooks. He is also claiming that he placed them in my cargo area. That’s untrue. Please do not write anything that was not performed or done on the vehicle. I got worried looking for the floor mats in my trunk.

I did not get the service that I was scheduled for. I walked the service manager through the booking process to visualize to him how the appointment was set up and the service that I should have received. My car was at the dealership for almost 6 hours for basically an oil change. The customer service to address the situation was also ridiculous and demeaning insinuating that I would not have wanted to pay for the service that I booked online. Some of the recommended service included on my paperwork included some of the service that should have been included with my appointment.

Cashier when picking up my vehicle was absolutely rude and sounded miserable. She did not greet me instead she went ahead and with an attitude demanding that I was picking up a vehicle. As a customer I waited to be called to the desk instead of assuming that she was open. It’s curtesy to not asume that the person was ready for the next customer. Other then that interaction with my service advisor was EXCELLENT.
