Twice, in two months, my car was serviced for the same issue; overheating. Can not understand why I'm being charged a hefty cost for the same thing that should have been corrected upon initial visit. In June, paid $1900 for general service; after that the car has gone down hill. -Jacquelyn Smith

I called this service writer Jay Jones and his manager to have a receipt for the services that was done on my car and to this date have not received a call back or receipt. Per the service writer receipt was to be left in the car when it was towed back to the house. I wasn't present to drop off or receive car.

It was a pleasure to have Tracy Jabbaz as my service agent. What I appreciated the most was that she called me to her office to tell me the results of the diagnosis and what options I had to the repairs needed for the problem I initially went in for. At the conclusion of the repairs she again called me back to her office, went over the forms and what future repairs were needed. Tracy answered all my questions and I felt better knowing the results.
In the past, I usually have my name called to go to cashier to pay and given the forms to figure it out myself.
