On September 7th, I went to the Carson Toyota service center to get the RAV4 recall service. The service man said the service would take 2-3 hours, so I decided to wait. When I asked if my car service was completed after 3 hours, my car was parked outside without fixing it until then, and my car was going into the repair shop. Finally, after 4 and a half hours, the work was completed. The problem did not end there. After driving home, I checked it and saw that the rubber backing was tattered because the parts of the rear trunk were not assembled after the repair. It was the worst service I have ever experienced.
