Service was done in adequate time. Although bc the weather was very bad upon pick up, I asked if my tires were fully inflated. The service rep assured me that would have been covered during the inspection. As usual they were not passenger had 14# less. It's really not that big of a deal that they were low. It's a matter of principal. This has happened the past few times I have come in for service, and I received the expected response.
