My Jeep had been sitting on the lot I don’t know how long before I bought it. When we test drove it two weeks prior to buying it and it was shifting funny. I had told everyone I talked to to get it into the shop before I bought it. Since then I bought it and it was continuing to shift funny. This is my car to transportation my clients I work for and my family. I’m trying to insure my vehicle is safe. But overall I love the service from everyone just wish I knew what was wrong with it. I asked that after my truck was serviced that it be taken to detail for a full detail inside & out & not a simple wash & vac. What I got back looked as if the outside was just rinsed off & a quick hand dry. The inside was not touched at all. So again I was lied to & didn’t get what I was told I was going to get. I spoke to Dave the finance manager & he took care of me after I expressed the frustration & the time I wasted since buying my vehicle.
