I've had my Honda since May 2019 and haven't had such an amazing experience till yesterday. Eduardo was very friendly, polite, willing to help, and even informed me that I had a certain Honda care package for my car. All this time I've been paying for something that should've been free. I blame myself for not knowing but was disappointed that none of the other employees informed me of this. Eduardo is an excellent asset to Car Pro's in El Monte!
