"Having gone in fir a B1 Service and told to Replace Filters at a Cost of $139 or so..coming out to be near $300 unexpectedly..I inquired as to why the Computer had no indication that Filters needed to be replaced, how often required and what caused the Filters to get dirty as they had. Although explained after I had inquired...Should have and Would have been explained and informed as to why recommended to Replace Filters at this time...Uninformed caused me to really question the reason...,naturally. This is about the 3rd Visit I had with El Monte Honda..instead of West Covina Honda...,1st and 2nd Visit...Ok...This Visit I had to question.... When all was said and done and I got on Car to drive away...I am 5' and found my Car Seat all the way back...The Back Support of tge Seat Readjusted as Well..and Steering Wheel also Readjusted...and Not set back to their Original Positions...That was very inconvenient and definitely not appreciated......However...I will return to El Monte Honda as the first 2 Visits I received Very Good Hospitality and Service.."
