I can for my appointment on 07/18/2020 at the designated time of 9am. Someone checked me in and informed me that Juan will be assisting me with my vehicle recall for the Takeda airbag. The person radioed Juan that my car, a 2002 Honda CRV is here for him. I sat there for 30 minutes and watched a person in a HRV and a lady in an Odessey pull up and got serviced before me. What is the point of having an appointment and having Juan informed that I am basically next, when he skipped me over for two people who just came in after me and make me wait for 30 minutes? It made me feel that since my car is old and that I am there for a recall is not priority, even though I had an appointment. This is what makes dealerships have a negative view of. Everyone knows that they hate having to deal with the dealership because the workers waste your time and causes frustrations. Car Pro Honda service workers need to keep their promise when they tell a person that if they are next, then THEY are next and not skip the person over.

It was Difficult to make appointment. calls are not professionally taken a number of times and the quality of the technical job needs supervision as it is not in the standard of customers’ expectation. Example:we donot have to come back to recheck the job done as it created an unexpected noise after tire rotation. We can not just take time off from work again to bring back our car for the reason that the job was not properly done. As a customer I felt the car was not safe to drive because of the noise it created when driven after it was serviced by Honda. This has happened twice at different times. Technical jobs should be done Properly in an honest professional manner making sure car is safe to drive.
