I came in to get all of my fluids topped off to prepare for a road trip to Texas and the oil was worse off than when I brought it in. I checked the dip stick when I got home and there was barely any oil and the gauge was lower than when it was brought in. The car was also not cleaned or sanitized/fogged. Also unsure if they even completed the d multipoint inspection. Nothing was gone over when I picked up the vehicle either.

When setting up the appointment I was told in definitive terms that a service to my vehicle could be performed. I was even given a price. However, when I arrived I was told that it could not be done. I was told the tailgate lock could not be installed on my 2017 Ridgeline. I live 40 miles from your dealership but there is a priority Honda dealership within 2 miles of my house. I came to Priority Honda Hampton because that is where I purchased the vehicle and I was assured of the price and installation. I doubt that I will have my vehicle serviced there again.
