Donna Meeks was very helpful and made my service very enjoyable, we were traveling from out of state Ohio and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly and when I called with my problem they got me in very quickly and Ms. Meeks took very good care of us and she is an asset to your company!!!

Went in at 1045 for an oil change and state inspection. Told the lady we were going to wait and the car wasn't ready until almost 2pm. Many other people came in after us and left before us. Not sure what the delay was and why everything took so long. Unacceptable. The people were nice but the service time was slacking especially for express services.
