I normally would expect an almost two hour wait for an oil change without an appointment. That wait time with an appointment has to be taken into consideration as our family looks to replace our old element.

My car was towed in on Friday 12 June because it would not start. When I arrived at Priority Honda, I asked for Jeff but was told by Jose Becerra that he was not in. I explained to Jose what was going on with my car and that it was also time for my state inspection. I also asked that he check to see if there was a maintenance due. When I went in today for my car Jeffery Neise was there and assisted me by going over what was done to my Honda. My in coming and out going mileage was logged wrong into the system and the maintenance due soon symbol was on for the oil change was on when I got into the car. Jose did not informed me of this we he called me to tell me my car was ready. Jeffery, once I went back into the service area to inform him of the wrong mileage annotated on my invoice was very apologetic and corrected the error in the system. I will have to bring my car back at a later time for the oil change.

Received a call that my car would be ready at 12, so I arrived at 1:15. The tech couldn’t find my car. Then, he discovered my car was still in the bay. I still haven’t gotten an oil change since dropping the car off the night before. I did also ask for an AC check but it shouldn’t have taken that long. Around 1:30-1:45 it was finally done. I was then given a bill of $99. I was never informed ahead of time do the cost to look at the AC nor did I sign anything ahead of time. Thankfully Jose took care of those charges. That was the only good part of this experience.
