Cupp was great, very pleasant. But, I had my oil changed and recieved a report for a different customer who got her car inspected. Now I have a stranger's personal information. Please be more careful and make sure customers are receiving the correct paperwork. Too many crazies out there to be giving anyone someone else's information.
