The person who was suppose to come get me to tell me my car was ready told me he came looking for me but never actually came in the lobby the entire hour I was there. Still never came to get me. I had to go to him and then didn’t tell me where my car was. I had to search for it in the parking lot.

I asked them to run my car through the wash after my inspection. They did not. I had to ask them to run it through the wash after i got my car back. I always have to ask them to do what I originally asked when I initially give them my car. This time it was the wash, last time they didn't top off my fluids. There have been several times they didn't do what I asked and I just left annoyed.
