They finally corrected the problem I've had since day one. I drove around town today and had no problem. Cross my fingers that it last.

I bought my car in last week for diagnostic on the radio. They told me that I would need to schedule a longer period of time when I can have the system repaired/replaced. I scheduled a time and dropped off my vehicle despite not having a loaner or another vehicle available for the day. Made arrangements to be late to work and leave earlier because I had to use your shuttle service. Dropped off the car at 8am. At 4:15pm I got a call saying that the car is ready for pick up but had not been repaired because you had to order a replacement part. Why wasn’t this done prior to me bringing the car back in for repair the following week? Now I have to request another day at work where I have to come late and leave early without having transportation to do anything needed. This was not 5 star service in my opinion.

He was efficient. Courteous . Very hard working. I watched him with lots of other customers in the waiting area, many more than I saw anyone else working with. His appearance was very neat and clean. He didn’t mind helping me with little things that younger people may have known about but I was aghast.
