Your service lead Jim is the only reason we stay with your company. We have 3 cars bought and serviced at your Mercury location between my daughter and us. My son also brought a Honda due to our experiences but eventually went with another company with the car he has now because of the service on the south side location where he lives. My daughter who lives further (in DC) chose the Mercury location and comes here for service because of the service that people like Jim provides

My wife was charged $90 for a diagnostic on what was wrong with her car key which is already ridiculous. Only to be told they didn’t know what was wrong with it and informed her “it was probably water damaged” well they didn’t know that that was the spare key that has always been in the same drawer since buying the car so there is no possible way it was water damaged. It amazes me that you can charge a loyal customer $90 to essentially do less than nothing. This is the second Honda I have purchased from your dealership. I was always the one who brought the first Honda in and always had a great experience. My wife is always the one who brings in the new Honda so I don’t know if you’re dealership is just taking advantage of her because she a woman or what. What I do know is this will be the last vehicle I purchase from priority. Started coming here for the free oil changes but since then other deals have simply passed you all up in customer service.
