I made an appointment for 1:30 pm to get an oil change and alignment done. At 4:30 pm my car still wasn’t done and I had to come ask about my car. This place closes at 5:00 mind you. So why did it take 3 and half hours for something as simple as an oil change and alignment? My time is precious to me especially on Saturdays. What is the point of making an appointment if it’s gonna take this long. I’m not happy with the length of a simple appointment like this and I feel like y’all need to work on that.

We had a mixup regarding my vehicle being confused with another vehicle being serviced, which prolonged my wait. But Jeffrey was very apologetic & said he would discuss the mishap with the technicians so that similar things don’t happen in the future. Overall I’m not too upset because I understand that mistakes happen sometimes. But I didn’t want to be untruthful and say that I was totally satisfied with the experience when I was not.
