It took to long for him to come and tell me about my car I sat they for over an hour waiting for him. I was they for three hours for my car to have my break changes and for a inspection and it cost over three hundred dollars just for Mechanics just to put my break on my car. I it not that hard to put break on a car because my so do it all the time and if I see it was going to be that much just to have them to put on my breaks I would of waited and let my son put them on. So thank but no thank for that.

My only concern is that if I make an appointment my vehicle should be taken for the service needed. It has always been stressful knowing I’m missing work and now add COVID-19 to that.

Let me just put this out there- I watched my car in the bay for the last hour and no one did anything to it therefore I assume everything was done the first 30 minutes. I wanted an oil and filter change and my tires rotated. I waited 90 minutes for just an oil and filter change. I was told I didn't need my tires rotated? This qualifies as poor service. I hope just because the cost is covered in my warranty that you are trying to make me stop going to your business for maintenance? This is a complaint!
