I was hoping that American Honda was going to honor their TSB on the paint issues on our 2013 Honda Civic without further action needed. I have now filed a case with American Honda to resolve this issue with this defective paint problem. As far as Jeff goes, I recommended to him today when I insisted that I was coming to pick up my car after a week of it being with you and nothing being done with it, that he needed to call me when he said he would, but never did until I called him to inquire about my car. Having worked professionally myself in this business for many years, customer communication is necessary to avoid further issues, especially when nothing was being done further for almost a week at all. Do I have a problem with Jeff? Absolutely not. My car was returned to me with body shop dust all over it, but water can wash this off. You know, and I know, that there were a couple of things here that should have been done....better communication, and don’t give the customer back a dirty car after telling them that the TSB was not going to be honored. I will handle American Honda now. Mr. Ottofaro

Jim Comey took my car at 7:30 this morning. He told me that they should get to my car by 7:45 and be done by 9:15. He underpromised and overdelivered. He came out into the waiting area at 8:45 and went over the work I requested... state inspection- no charge; oil change - no charge; 4-wheel alignment- $99.95; and then told me the tire rotation I requested wasn’t needed. My experience today was the best service experience In over three years since I’ve been taking my Honda CRV to Priority since I purchased the car from Priority on October 17, 2015. Kudos to Priority on the vast improvement in Customer Service! Well done! Thank you Jim for your professionalism!! Keep it up!!!
