Yes and no. There evidently was some confusion on what to do about my parking brake light. I was under the impression he was going to check to see if diagnostic was covered under the extended warranty to see if we could find out why it came on..but I'm pretty sure it wasn't. I did tell him I couldn't afford to pay for it if it wasn't but I'm not sure he even checked. Other than that I've always had excellent service at that location.

Had low tire pressure; rolled into my Honda dealership. They checked all 4 tires - put on a lift. Had a nail in my rear right tire; replaced and had me out in less than 2 hours - and I had no appointment. Jeffery Neise was professional, told me upfront my wait time and possible issues with my tire. Nail could have been patched but not optimal solution.
Jeffery has always been friendly and professional but upfront. Appreciate his honesty.
