We've only had this van since December of last year and we've barely driven it. However, your staff noticed something we need to replace a part that has "worn out". We bought this van from you as certified used and we've hardly gotten to drive it thanks to COVID. How can we wear out a part if we can barely drive our van? Apparently your inspectors overlooked two things: 1. This part was wearing lot (drive belt) 2. The tires are cheap. Every since we bought this van home we have to refill the tires with air every three weeks. Am I to understand that "Certified Pre-owned" means it may be "overlooked and questionable"? Not to mention, your mechanics said the part needed replacement immediately but when we let them know we've barely driven the van for that part to need replacing and perhaps your dealership should cover it.... Then it became "non-essential" to replace immediately. If you truly have a commitment to customer service excellence, this repair of the drive belt is yours to fix.
