My service for my oil change was super fast. Never had this fast service before. It was under an hour. I’m usually in there for just an oil change and I wait sometimes 2 & 3 hours.

The experience was great initially. I was able to use Priority's service coupons and Priority was winning me over. But during the timing belt replacement Tim called to let me know that two of my motor mounts were bad. One could be repaired for $205 and the other for $600. Tim indicated that since the one motor mount needed to be unbolted for the timing belt replacement, I would only pay for the cost of the part. I specifically asked Tim what was the cost of the PART and he said $205. I okayed the replacement of that motor mount. However, when I read the invoice afterwards, I noticed the part was only $89 and the labor was $116. Yes Tim did say that the cost of the repair was $205, but I feel misled and disappointed because that clearly was not the cost of the part only. (unless I'm reading that invoice wrong)

Bought my GMC Yukon from Y’all but when it failed inspection had to pick it up, take it Suttle Motor for the repair, who were absolutely awesome at fitting me in then bring it back to you for an inspection sticker. Hard when you aren’t prepared to fix non Honda vehicles but sell them with Priority for life. Also I’m high risk and folks either weren’t wearing their masks correctly or not at all.
