Linwood & everyone at Honda have been extremely helpful. The service is always quick and everything is communicated thoroughly. The shuttle service offered is very nice. Nick was my driver and he was great. Even though I had just been in an accident he was very reassuring as well. I feel very taken care of at Honda. I got in an accident on the way to my service appointment and Linwood was very calming reassuring. Checkout services were quick & easy. Unfortunately by the time my service was done the shuttle service ended & I had to take an Uber and arrived around 5:45 but I did not feel rushed at all by Linwood. He ensured me everything was good to go and safe.

The person who checked me in and handled the maintenance for my car was incredibly respectful, charismatic, and knowledgeable about what he was doing.
