Need to fix schedule versus drive in business in proper priority. I understand delays,but this took 90 minutes longer than projected due to being too many vehicles being serviced. I drive 2 hrs. To get to Priority Honda and I really do not like delays over 30 minutes. In fact, this is why I didn't buy from **** as they were consistently 1 to 2 hours delayed. My fist experience was great, but the huge delay was irritating especially since I made an appointment. I suggest this issue to be a high priority to fix; because if repeated Priority will lose my business.

I was told that it would take 1 and 1/2 hours. I called after 3 hours and was told the advisor was at lunch. Called again at the 4 hour point and was told I could pick up my car. When I got there the young lady that works the cashier had to go get my car. I was very disappointed with the service I received for the first time.
