I specifically requested a car wash twice, initially when I turned the car in and secondly when it was taking a bit longer for the inspection to finish. I forgot the persons name who initially helped me be he said he'll make sure that it will be washed. Unfortunately after our conversation, another person just handed me the receipt for the state inspection and just walked away, he did not even care to ask if I have a question or not, which I thought was kind of rude.

I discovered a long scuff mark on the drivers door when I got home. Wasn’t parked near anyone else besides your dealership. I was able to use wax to rub it out. Besides that the service was excellent. Put a patch in my tire in about 30 minutes.
