I brought my car in because it had no heat. You called to let me know it was my radiator & my warranty covered it & it was fixed. Then you discovered another part needed to be replaced. My warranty wouldn’t cover it.Your shop was going to charge me $700.00 to fix my car. My dad found the part the next day for $74.00 and it took him and hour and a half to put it on.
