When I got home I checked my Oil % on my CRV which should have stated 100% after an oil change. It did not. It was still 30%, like it was when I brought it in. I called Bethany to let her know I was driving back to the dealership to have my oil set correctly at 100%. A small item but a big inconvenience that should have never had happened. Small attention to details sets the best from good. This was a first.
