The check in process was disorganized and chaotic. I was not greeted and had to stand around and wait to get someone’s attention to check in. You need to have a check in process that is customer service friendly and has available service workers to greet you and provide some type of direction upon arrival. Some associates were just standing around chatting while others where busy working.
