When i received my car back from getting an oil change. My car has been acting up in the sense of, it jerked on me while driving the day after and i noticed i cant put my car in cruise control anymore. The under carriage of my car was taken off, yet it was a alittle dragging on the floor but i was told or asked if it was okay to be taken off

First, this was a follow up on a recall that I was assured I would be called when the part two was ready. Nobody called. Today I pursued getting this finished and called. It was waiting in the parts delivery. How long was I waiting on that call? And oh by the way, Priority called every day to market me into a new car. Today I called twice to reach Bethany and both times I sat on hold listening to how “Priority is about customers and how I could get a nail spa or enjoy a massage chair”. All I wanted was to get this “two minute (what I was last told) job taken care of. When I arrived, I did find Bethany. And without her talking to me, as she just picked up the phone with me in front of her, she said “just take a seat and we’ll get to you.” I checked back three times more and was told at the third time “your vehicle is ready.” Great results.. But I felt I had to manage the whole follow up and repair myself. I would prefer being made a priority by Priority.
