We were pleasantly surprised at the friendly service and how fast she got our car back to us. When we picked up the car I asked her a question about the navigation and she said let me come out to show us how to you. Very helpful!

Bethany was the first service advisor I have had in a long time that took the time to address all my concerns and provide knowledgeable answers. She was very responsive with updates throughout the day and even went above and beyond offering options to pay my balance and leaving my keys at the sales desk since I was unable to pick up my Pilot before the service department closed. I will request Bethany every time I need to bring my Pilot in for service.
