I came in for state inspection and tire rotation. First, I waited for someone to give me update; an hour pass. I had a missed called that I needed somethings done to pass inspection. After listening to this message, I go out to the service area. A lady said wiper need to be replace and a headlight bulb was needed. I gave the consent to do it but I asked why didn't you come to get me. The lady said the service advisor had so many people so she was just calling. This was a lack of great customer service considering that I said I was waiting for my car.
40 minutes later, I went out to the advisor to see if my car was ready. She said she was just coming to get me.
I left and drove down the road when I turned on my wipers to get the water off my windshield. The sound scared me, it was a loud, screeching sound. I did not know what was going on. My husband told me to pull over and it was discovered my wipers was not put on. Keep in mind, this had to be put on to pass inspection. We went back and this service advisor apologized but didn't seem to care. She will put the wipers on but for as refunding me for paying for wipers, I had to wait until Monday to get approval from her manager whether to get my money back and to fixed the scrap mark on my windshield. How did this situation happen. It is very disappointing because I have come to this Honda for years but the lack of care and customer service has declined tremendously. I do appreciate the general manager, Jim Hernandez who told her to refund my money and the scrap on the window could be wiped off
