Great Overall Customer Sevice Experience!

Charging $76 for a serpentine belt and quoting $800+ to replace a tensioner pulley when the belt was already off is ridiculous. You have lost a customer of 7 years, I will certainly never bring my vehicles back to you and I will not recommend anyone to have their cars worked on there.

All went well. The priority service agents were friendly upon arrival and when explaining the invoice and recommended services. I can’t say who actually serviced my car since the service manger who greeted me went in break/lunch and left the processing to another service manager.

I feel a need to qualify my opinion with the following statement. I was employed by the Federal Government as a senior supervisor. My first position in that roll was as Graphics & Multimedia Supervisor for the Marine Corp and provided direct support for 100+ instructors that supported 205 M.O.S. training courses. I supervised 7 troops that ranked from Lance Cpl. to Master Gunnery Sgt. We provided course training material, maps, detailed attack plans for CONUS & Combatant Commanders overseas. As supervisor I was equal to a Lt. Col. I wrote appraisals yearly. Sat on two Cort Marcial Boards and disciplined as needed. During my 12 years as supervisor at Landing Force Trading Command I observed all types of behavior and new what was poor, good, superior, and outstanding. If Donna Meeks worked for me I would rate her outstanding across the board. I also worked for the Commanding General Air Combat Command, Langley AFB. I had a combination of 7 civilians and 32 military. I was in charge of the Graphics & Television operations. In my position I supported the 4-star in every aspect from Air Mishap investigations to direct NATO and Foreign military support. During my 25 years I sat on 4 Court Marcials Boards and removed 2 civilians. In my position their, if Donna Meeks had worked for me I would of made sure I did everything I could to advance her career. Her follow-up, attention to detail, and her calm manner and true desire to look out for the customer was real and not made up. I know it may cost you to to promote her, but whatever the cost, it will be the best money you could spend. Once you promote her you will want to promote her again and again. Thank you for allowing me to reflect on such a stellar employee.
