Charged $99 and problem not fixed. When I called in and made appointment I told operator I tried to check oil level and I went to pop the hood and the latch broke off. Operator asked if it was the latch connected to the hood and I said no the latch in the car under the dash. I take car to service department and a service technician goes inside car under the dash and pops the hood right in front of me. So they see the latch is obviously broke and have to physically touch the broke part. Instead they worked on latch under the hood which there was nothing wrong with.
