I was satisfied with Breeanna Williams customer service. She genuinely seemed to care.
However, I was greatly disappointed in what I discovered. I was asking Ms. Williams about the noise of the blade and why this left blade was not replaced with the right blade in order to pass inspection in October. I accepted her answer that it was not a bad blade and it was not a Honda blade per her showing me. As we are walking around, I saw something protruding from the right-side of my hood. I asked, what is that? She raised the hood to discover, it was the blade that should have been on my car from October (the blade was not put on and it scrapped my windshield-reference my feedback in October). This is pure neglect. It could have possibly caused a fire, melting to cause damage or something and my safety in jeopardy.
I am at the point of not coming back to this Honda place because of incompetent. It is a shame because I started coming to this place in year 2000 when I purchased my Civics.
Highly disappointed ????

Something was leaked/ sprayed splashed all over the pilot when in for tires today. Nice to pick up the vehicle with the new tires. Bad that I have to take it to the car wash after being at the dealer with a car wash on site and having to wash the mess that was obtained at said dealer.
