What I needed to get done was done and I was pleased with that. I thought that part was great. However, I sat there for 5 hours. I had a 10am appointment and didn’t leave until 3pm. I was told they thought I wasn’t waiting and had come back at 3pm.

I was happy with Adam, but, I was not pleased that the computer said I could get the recall done in conjunction with state inspection only to come and find out that it would be evaluated for recall and that I would have to make a separate trip to get the recall fix. You really should have the parts in stock to fix the recall before you approve the appointment in the future.
