I especially appreciated his bringing my vehicle to the front of the building when my service was completed, and he thanked me several times for my business. However, when I got home, I noted that the customary 10% Priority discount was not applied to my total bill. Are you no longer offering this discount?

Checked in at 0900 for an oil change, didn't leave until I asked about my car just after 1100. Apparently my car was done around 0940 and I was never approached by Adam or any other employee who saw that I was frustrated. Neither was a text sent to my phone that it was completed. This isn't the first time I've been unsatisfied with this location while waiting for my car. Don was helpful, can't say that about the rest.
