I can say my experience at Honda, was the best experience dealing with a dealership service department. My service team member Adam, is a prime example of great customer service. He presented a great attitude and made me feel comfortable. Wasn't pushing anything, didn't try to **** me with extra services. It's hard to find upbeat and friendly service nowadays!!
