When I made my appointment I requested for Johnnie Petrakos to work on my vehicle. but y’all put another technician on my vehicle. I been coming here since I bought this suv from your company. I was very unsatisfied because my request was not granted.

Advisor input the incorrect mileage at time of service, now my CARFAX service record is incorrect. I went back in the have her correct it but the incorrect mileage was still uploaded to CARFAX. Since I recently got service and had more mileage on the vehicle than what she reported for this service my CARFAX record looks like a rollback.
