Todays service was excellent from the first contact at check in , all the way to The last. Both encounters, the staff members were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was handed the inspection report which was discussed with me, the inspection was in the vehicle and updated sticker on my windshield. My car was washed and parked where I had easy access. Kudos to Michael and team Honda, Hampton, VIRGINIA!!!!

We are down here from Maine on vacation. My wife hit a curb and damaged two tires. We didn’t expect to be able to get in any where or anyone have our tire size. My wife called your dealership, they parts people said they had the same tire as what was on it, but you guys got us in to the service department that afternoon. We were totally stressed, and your dealership treated us like we purchased our Honda passport there. Super appreciative. And Bethany was the one who checked us in, super nice!
