Not her fault but I waited outside because cars were inside and was late to my appt but no big deal. She was great and took my needs and I asked if I needed tires rotated and she looked back at my history. I needed 2 filters replaced and some cooling thing. I didn’t want to stay for a long time so told her I would do the cooler thing once my car tells me I need an oil change. I am not sure tires were even rotated but the air, etc was done. All in all, she was on top of the experience! Thank u.

Everyone was great, especially Michael Knox. One thing I don’t think is a good change you’ve recently made is the 2% fee in paying with a credit card Since you have it so that you can pay with a card online then what is the 2% for exactly? Credit cards cost your business. I get it. But unless you charge it for however you pay with a card, it doesn’t seem to make sense. Please reconsider this change for your customers. Thank you.
