Jim provided an appointment to my satisfaction after I emailed him about a front end vibration that developed after having my tires rotated recently at Priority. I suspected that a wheel weight might have been knocked off during that rotation. I haven’t really road tested the Odyssey to see if the balancing of the tires eliminated the vibration or not.

Went it for a oil change waited over 2 hours service writer informed me I had 2 services due I asked him would I have yo waits y longer he stated No do I said go ahead and perform the service … 2 hours had passed I’m still waiting he finally comes out to let the customer beside me know his vehicle was ready by the way he showed up 1 hour after I did…he looked at me and say Ms Lane we ready to pull u up now by this time I’m 30 minutes away from briny at my next appointment I went to his desk and asked for my vehicle… if I have to deal with service like this I will never purchase another vehicle from this location
