I would appreciate better honesty. I feel that Ford has not been honest. I have talked to other customers that have experienced dishonest issues. Example, along with myself and a other customer both experienced Ford mechanics being directed to fix a problem with our vehicles, but did not fix the problem we asked and would totally fix something else when they stated themselves that they understood what we wanted fixed. This behavior is poor business which I have considered to take my business elsewhere.

We have never purchased a vehicle from Sam Scism and after this appointment, I can say with confidence that we will not purchase from you again. The satisfaction has nothing to do with our sales experience, but solely in maintenance and service provided by your dealership. Our vehicle is within 90 days and within that timeframe we have had to bring it in for service twice. While we understand the need for service on our vehicle has nothing to do with your service department the customer service that was provided was poor and thus the reason we will not be buy from you again. On this occasion we dropped our vehicle off and informed that there were no appointments available and there was an 8 day out appointment window. We took the appointment. During this time our vehicle sat without diagnostics being completed. Once finally diagnosed the parts were ordered. Thus making our maintenance a week and half after dropping off our vehicle. We asked for a loaner in multiple occasions and was provided one until 2 days before our vehicle was complete. Your staff was never rude or unprofessional, but the service that was provided left us disappointed in your customer service. It appears that there was not a clear and concise schedule and use of time. We appreciate you taking the time to read our comments and allow us to share our concerns. However, going forward we will find another dealer to provide our service. Thank you, Jamie Vinson

Very quick and efficient

I saw the mechanic pull the truck around and park it out front. I figured it was done. About 15 minutes later i still wasn’t notified it was finished so I went out to get it. I’ve been to three different dealerships for service and your dealership is nowhere near the quality of the others. I won’t be back.

Every person today was great from the time I walked in the first door. Last tome was not quite like that so it was a great day today

Michelle always does an excellent and professional job. Terry, the mechanic, did an outstanding job in solving the carburetor problem quickly without needing any parts. That was fortunate because the Land Rover has an old, obsolete Solex carburetor.
