Just wish it could of been a little quicker to of been taken care of. Seemed like a sac mall problem to recognize took over 3 hrs. with the hour for lunch. I talked to service department at 11:16 the first time and it was later than 2:15 when I found out the part had to be ordered. All in all thankful they worked me in.

My car went in for a transmission repair on June 4 and it wasn’t completely fixed until June 29! The transmission only had 37,000 miles on it and was under factory warranty. I called regularly to get updates and continued to get excuses and the impression that because I wasn’t “customer pay” that our vehicle didn’t take as much priority as customer pay customers. One call I was told “As long as the technician doesn’t get interrupted by anyone else he should be done on Friday “. That told me our car wasn’t as important. That call was on June 22nd after I got off work (18 days after already being in the repair shop). I was also told that my replacement transmission would have a 3 year warranty over the phone when I spoke with Michelle, but when I picked up the vehicle and tried to verify what I was told, I was told the transmission would only be covered for 23000 more miles since it was fixed while under factory warranty. Ford should honor what they tell customers...our transmission should be covered for 3 years! I was also never provided any spongy for the inconvenience having the vehicle in your possession for 25 days caused by having to make other transportation arrangements. All of these things combined provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
